At Creciendo en Sabiduría, we hope you love your faith-inspired purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we do accept returns under the conditions outlined below.


âś… Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery if the item:

  • It is in new, unused condition

  • Has not been washed, worn, or altered

  • Is returned in its original packaging and condition

We kindly ask you to double-check your size and order details before completing your purchase.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

  • One clear photo of the item(s) showing the design and issue


đź’¸ Return Costs & Fees

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

  • A $3.50 processing fee per item will be deducted from your refund

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable


đźš« Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned after 5 days of delivery

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance


đź’ł Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund (minus the $3.50 fee and return shipping) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions will not be accepted

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns

  • Refunds are only processed after the item is received and approved


📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

However, once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-traffic seasons like Christmas or other holidays.
