Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to delivering your Catholic-Inspired Apparel & Gifts safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policies below:


📍 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information if available.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within  the US): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs clearance for international shipments.


🌍 International Shipping

We currently offer worldwide shipping. If your country is not listed at checkout, shipping is unfortunately unavailable to that location at this time.

Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number (if available). Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

In some cases, packages may not immediately appear as “in transit” even though they have already been shipped. This is because some carriers may experience delays in scanning and updating tracking details. Rest assured, your package is on its way.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.


🙏 Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
Photos must clearly show the item's design and the issue.
We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.



📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is no longer within our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other third-party issues.

However, if your tracking information hasn’t updated in several days or your package appears to be lost, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’ll do our best to assist you in locating your order or finding a resolution.
